September 13: Early fall is a lot like summer

It's still in the mid 90s during the day, unless it's raining. It doesn't feel quite so hot, though, because, well, for one thing we have such a recent memory of long term 105 degree weather. But also, it does eventually cool down at night. Some evenings have even been cool enough to sit outside before dark, which is a huge luxury. It feels like things will be better soon.
